*although I'm scratching this itch by loading up on avocado rolls, california rolls and other cooked sushi options
**I don't eat a lot of red meat, but when I do, I prefer it to be medium rare. And what goes better with a steak than two more no-nos: blue cheese and red wine. Sigh.
